End users are IT professionals, namely CIOs, IT directors, IT managers, and network specialists, among others. These people are responsible for their organizations' own internal systems and will not provide services, advice, or products to other organizations. Proof of employment may be required to complete the validation process, such as the presentation of a valid business card, company security entrance card, and/or stationery featuring the company letterhead.
We would like to invite you, as a journalist, to attend the conference free of charge. We are available to assist you, of course, to arrange meetings and interviews with the speakers before, during, and after the event. Completing the pre-registration process does not guarantee that you will receive a media pass. A media pass will not be granted to anyone whose principal purpose is, in our judgment, anything other than to cover the event so as to provide news. We reserve the right to decline a media pass request or revoke an issued media pass at any time. Marketing, public relations, advertising, and sales representatives, as well as art directors, managers, publishers, and other non-editorial professionals of media organizations, are not eligible for media passes.
If a person is employed by an IT or telecommunications vendor, reseller, or consulting firm and does not operate as an internal systems specialist, this person will be viewed as an IT vendor representative and will not be eligible to attend free of charge. Examples include marketing managers and persons who work in partnership development and in sales and business development.
